"The covers are very well made and look really great. What is most impressive is their customer service. I stopped by to get pricing only when I saw how reasonably priced they were they told me they'd bring them over and install them with safety screws for not much more that day. Within an hour he was at my house ready to install, but come to find out I gave them the wrong dimensions! The covers were too large! The installer drove them back and exchanged them for the right size that evening, no extra cost and no complaining. I felt bad I had screwed up but he was easy to work with and didn't charge me extra for the additional trip. I would highly recommend John Henry. I purchased 3 of the galvanized covers which are made with the expanded metal. I have 2 dogs and I won't have to worry about them (or people) walking on top of them. What a great company!"
