Why do we use a hot-dipped galvanizing process?

Galvanizing has been around for 150 years and has proven its corrosive-free qualities. Some examples of galvanized steel are window wells, light posts, fences, etc.
During the galvanizing process the zinc bonds with the metal in a 840° dipping process; therefore, it is not a coating that can wear off with time.
It is one of the most durable finishes available for steel exposed to the elements.

Can you stand on the covers?

Yes, the Lexan cover can hold up to 300 pounds and the steel covers over 300 pounds.
